Pizza with Mushrooms, Sausage, and Cheese
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Water 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Ketchup 6 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Semi-Smoked Sausage to taste
- Pickled Chanterelles 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, sift the flour well. Add baking powder and salt to the flour and mix. Now, add water and olive oil.
Step 2
Next, the main work begins; knead the dough by hand for 6 minutes. Roll the resulting dough into a ball.
Step 3
Now, sprinkle the working surface with flour (if needed; my dough had a consistency that didn't require flour) and roll the ball of dough into a pizza crust. Create edges around the sides. Place the crust on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Now you can 'top' the pizza with your favorite filling. For me, it's diced sausage, finely chopped and sautéed mushrooms in butter, and grated cheese.
Step 5
When everything is ready, bake until done at a high temperature.
