Pizza with Mushrooms and Parsley
Ingredients
- Pizza Flour 10 oz
- Fresh Yeast 0 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Chopped Parsley 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with 3/4 teaspoon of salt and pour it onto the table, leaving a well in the center. Combine the yeast with 120 ml of warm water, mix well, and pour it into the well. Gradually knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic. Shape it into a ball, make a cross-shaped cut on top, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 3 hours until it doubles in size.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and mushrooms and sauté them in olive oil over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the parsley, and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 430°F. Divide the dough in half and roll each half into an even circle about 5 mm thick, making the edges thicker than the center. Spread the filling on top and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.
