Pizza with Meatballs
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Onion 2 heads
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Ground meat 5 oz
- Tomatoes 15 oz
- Thyme 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in 125 ml of warm water and mix with the flour. After 15 minutes, add salt, pour in 4 tablespoons of oil, knead the dough, and let it rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped onion and ground meat in oil and simmer for 10 minutes with finely chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with thyme.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough and place it in a greased baking dish.
Step 4
Slice the second onion into rings.
Step 5
Spread the meat mixture, onion, and pieces of mozzarella on the dough. Bake for 20 minutes.
