Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Dry yeast 1 teaspoon
- Canned Corn 2 tablespoons
- Smoked Ham on the Bone 5 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 0 oz
- Ketchup to taste
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: mix the flour, warmed milk, yeast, salt, and olive oil. Place the kneaded dough in a bowl and cover with a lid. It should rise to at least double its size. This will take about 45 minutes.
Step 2
Knead the risen dough by hand for a few minutes, then roll it out to a thickness of 2–3 mm and transfer it to a greased baking sheet with a diameter of 30 cm, trimming any excess dough and shaping the edges.
Step 3
Spread ketchup on the dough, then add the filling: ham, corn, pineapple, and cheese. Sprinkle with crushed dried basil to taste.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes at a temperature of 390°F.
