- Butter 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Herbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from the butter, sour cream, and flour, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into an even layer about 0.6-0.7 cm thick to fit the baking tray. Roll a strip from the same dough and place it along the edge of the pizza, greasing it with fat.
Step 3
Evenly distribute the filling made from separately sautéed and mixed mushrooms and onions on the surface of the dough.
Step 4
Beat the eggs, mix with milk and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped herbs, and pour the resulting mixture over the filling.
Step 5
Bake until done.
