  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Tomatoes 20 oz
  • Crab Meat 10 oz
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Oregano to taste
  • Melted Cheese 5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Green Peas 3 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Dark red seaweed 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add 1 tablespoon of flour, add vegetable oil, 1 beaten egg, and the remaining flour. Knead the dough and place it in a warm place to rise.

Step 2

Roll out the risen dough into a thin flatbread and place it on a baking sheet for proofing.

Step 3

In a pot, place the chopped tomatoes, add a little olive oil, minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until all the juice has evaporated.

Step 4

Boil the crab meat until cooked, layer it on the dough. Evenly distribute the tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle the pizza with oregano and grated cheese, decorate with slices of trout, drizzle with olive oil, and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 30 minutes.

Step 5

To prepare the sauce, pass the seaweed through a meat grinder, grate the egg finely, add sour cream, peas, salt, and pepper. Mix everything and beat well.

Step 6

Drizzle the finished pizza with the sauce and serve hot.
