  • Feta cheese 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Eel 1 piece
  • Spanish onions 1 head
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Prepare the pizza dough. Divide the dough in half. Using a rolling pin dusted with flour, roll out each half on a floured surface into a rectangle.

Step 2

Place the rectangle on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the dough with basil and half of the feta. Bake for 12–15 minutes. The dough should be golden brown.

Step 3

Prepare the dressing: in a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, pepper, and the remaining feta.

Step 4

Finely chop the lettuce and onion, and mix with the dressing. Place the salad on the hot pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
