- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chill the butter beforehand, combine it with 1 egg, flour, and salt. If necessary, add water and knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and place it in a baking dish with low sides.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and spread it in the dish.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes into rounds about 1-1.5 cm thick. Arrange them in a single layer on top of the cottage cheese.
Step 5
Sprinkle with cheese, add herbs, season with pepper, and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 320°F.
