Pizza with Chicken Pieces and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Dry yeast 1 teaspoon
- Herbed Cream Cheese ¼ g
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the wheat flour with the yeast and salt.
Step 2
Make a well, add warm water and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 3
Knead the dough using a wooden spatula.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to a floured board and knead for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Place the dough in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 6
Prepare the filling: cut the chicken fillet into strips and lightly fry in a pan, or boil the chicken fillet in water. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Slice the tomato into rounds.
Step 7
After an hour, take out the warm dough and knead it with a little flour, dividing it into two parts. Flatten the base, place it on a baking sheet lined with floured plastic wrap, and create edges on the dough to prevent the filling from spilling out.
Step 8
Add the filling, place in a well-heated oven at 430°F for 15–20 minutes. Serve immediately.
