Pizza with Bryndza
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Water 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Tomatoes 25 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Serbian Bryndza cheese 10 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground clove to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the puff pastry and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Step 2
Roll out into a thin layer and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into rings 1-2 cm thick, and cut the bryndza into small cubes. Slice the onion into rings and sauté in butter. Layer the bryndza, tomatoes, and onion on the dough, alternating layers, with the top layer being tomatoes. Season each layer with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished pizza with herbs.
