- Butter 5 oz

- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
- Brussels Sprouts 10 oz
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead a smooth dough from flour, butter, milk, cottage cheese, egg yolks, salt, and baking soda.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
Step 3
Sprinkle finely chopped bacon on the dough, top with vegetables boiled in salted water, drizzle with tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and almond halves, place in an oven preheated to 430°F and bake until done.
