- Pizza Flour 10 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Chicory 4 pieces
- Avocado 1 piece
- Blue Cheese 0 oz
- Ham 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the dough, adding sun-dried tomatoes and olives.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 25 cm on a lightly floured surface. Place it on a greased baking sheet and use your fingers to create a small crust. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes to rise slightly.
Step 3
Spread with tomato sauce.
Step 4
Top with salad leaves and pieces of avocado, ham, and cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 18-20 minutes.
