Pizza with Anchovies, Lobster, and Green Peas
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Water 1½ cups
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Tomato Puree 15 fl oz
- Lobster tails 10 oz
- Anchovies 10 oz
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Morels 5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Oregano ½ teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the yeast, sugar, and 0.5 cups of water and let it sit in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, tomato sauce, 0.5 cups of water, and salt, then add it to the yeast mixture. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough. If it is too thick, add 0.5 cups of water, mix thoroughly again, and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the prepared dough into 5-6 parts, roll each part into a flatbread, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Drizzle the dough with vegetable oil, spread the tomato puree on top, season with salt, sprinkle with oregano and grated cheese. Arrange slices of anchovy fillets in a lattice pattern on top, filling the gaps with chopped mushrooms, olives, sliced tomatoes, and lobster. Garnish the pizza with canned green peas.
Step 4
Bake the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 °C.
Step 5
Drizzle the finished pizza with sauce and serve hot. To prepare the sauce, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
