Ingredients
- Pizza Flour 10 oz
- Ham to taste
- Pepperoni to taste
- Melted Cheese to taste
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180–390°F.
Step 2
Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Lay the ham and pepperoni on the dough first, then add provolone and mozzarella (either in pieces or grated), leaving 3–4 cm at the edges.
Step 3
Roll it up, pinch the ends, and tuck them underneath. Place the roll seam side down on a greased baking sheet and brush the top with olive oil.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 20–25 minutes.
