
Pizza Dough with Semolina

Description
This amount of dough is enough for 4 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm. If you prefer thicker dough, divide the resulting dough into 3 parts.
Ingredients
- Semolina 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Dry yeast 3 teaspoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add sugar and yeast to warm water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
Step 2
Sift the flour, mix it with semolina, and add salt.
Step 3
Add olive oil to the yeast mixture. Combine with the flour and knead the dough: it should not be stiff, but it should not stick to your hands.
Step 4
Grease the dough with olive oil and place it in a bowl. Cover with a cotton towel and leave in a warm place for 40–50 minutes. The dough should rise.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 4 parts of about 200 grams each and roll out thin circles.
Step 6
You can pre-bake the dough in the oven (4 minutes at 200–430°F) to make it crispy. Alternatively, you can skip baking and immediately add your favorite toppings.
