If you don't have 30 minutes to wait for the dough to rise, you can add oil right after kneading the dough, work it in, and start rolling it out.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- Salt ½ spoons
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Safflower Oil 2 spoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Water ½ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add half a packet of dry yeast (about 5 grams), sugar, and salt to the flour. Mix well.
Step 2
Add the egg and water. Gradually add water until the dough becomes firm. Knead the dough with your hands until there are no lumps. Leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Then add sunflower oil, kneading it in with your fingers. The dough should not stick to your hands and should not be too greasy.
