Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 0 lbs
- Water 20 fl oz
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Melted Cheese to taste
- Olives stuffed with lemon to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
- Chorizo 5 oz
- Basil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the yeast, salt, olive oil, mix, add warm water, and mix again. Knead the dough for 5–10 minutes. The dough should be elastic and fairly firm. It should stretch. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 45 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to fit the size of the baking dish and spread sauce on it, sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella. Add all the remaining toppings (basil, sausage, olives). Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven for 10–15 minutes.
