Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 1 tablespoon
- Basil 1 bunch
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the sun-dried tomatoes through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Mix the flour with the semolina, and rub in the yeast until it becomes a fine crumb. Add salt, olive oil, and water. Transfer the dough to a surface and knead it. Shape it into a ball and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 480°F.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 3 pieces and roll each into a ball. Let them rise for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Dust the work surface with flour, place the dough on it, and roll it out into flat rounds.
Step 6
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet, spread with tomato sauce, and sprinkle with pieces of mozzarella and roughly chopped basil.
Step 7
Place the pizzas in the oven, reduce the temperature to 465°F, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
