  • Fennel 1 piece
  • Celery stalk 6 pieces
  • Turnips 3 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 15 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the fennel stalk into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks.

Step 3

Remove the leaves from the celery stalks and cut them into large pieces.

Step 4

Slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers.

Step 5

Pour the oil into a small container, add salt and ground black pepper.

Step 6

Place the container in the center of a large plate or tray, arrange the sliced peppers around the edge, alternating colors, along with greens and other vegetables.

Step 7

Eat the greens and vegetables by dipping them into the oil.
