- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 15 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Minced garlic 1 clove
- Canned Tomatoes (Pelati) 5 oz
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 1 cup
- 33% Cream 5 tablespoons
- Thyme 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in the olive oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and garlic, cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes and salmon, cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the wine and wait for it to evaporate.
Step 5
Add the cream and chopped thyme.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente, then drain it.
Step 8
Add the pasta to the sauce, stir for a few minutes.
Step 9
Serve on plates, garnish with green onion, and eat immediately.
