  • Pineapple 1 piece
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Cilantro 1 tablespoon
  • Lime 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple to create a barrel shape. Place it on a cutting board and carefully slice off the skin from top to bottom. Cut the flesh into wedges, remove the core, dice it, and place it in a suitable bowl.

Step 2

Add finely chopped chili without seeds, cilantro leaves, lime juice, and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. Let it marinate at room temperature.
