This is a great marinade for chicken, pork, and shrimp. Save some marinade for basting the meat while grilling. The amount of marinade is suitable for 0.5–1 kg of meat.

- Apple Cider Vinegar ½ cup
- Concentrated Cranberry Juice 0.3 cup
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 2 tablespoons
- Chipotle Pepper Paste 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt 2 teaspoons
