Ingredients
- Pike Caviar 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- French Baguette 1 piece
- 33% Cream 1 tablespoon
- Spanish onions ¼ heads
- Lemon to taste
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Slice the baguette into thin pieces—be careful not to overdo it and crumble the bread. Arrange the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place them in the oven for ten minutes. The bread should dry out and become chip-like. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 2
Grate the onion using a coarse grater. Squeeze the juice from the grated onion — it's best to prepare gloves in advance for this step.
Step 3
Gently mix the caviar with mayonnaise (which can be made from scratch) and cream, add the onion, and serve with bread chips, garnished with a slice of lemon and dill.
