Ingredients
- Carrot 4 pieces
- Broccoli 2 pieces
- Radish 2 pieces
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Brown Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Champagne Vinegar 10 fl oz
- Green peppercorns 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Spanish onions 6 heads
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the vegetables in salted water for about 2 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Bring the vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, and bay leaves to a boil, then pour the marinade over the vegetables and let cool.
Step 3
Then add the cucumber, sliced diagonally into thin pieces, and let it sit for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
Arrange the pickled vegetables on a plate.
