- Coarse Salt 1 tablespoon
- Red Onion 1 head
- Black peppercorns 1 teaspoon
- Dried Oregano 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Red Wine Vinegar 1½ cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the salt and onion; let it sit for about 15 minutes to allow the onion to release its juice.
Step 2
Transfer to a jar, add the pepper, oregano, cumin, and garlic; pour in the vinegar and seal the jar with a lid.
