Pickled Quail Eggs
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Anchovies 10 pieces
- Parsley 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce 10 oz
- Quail Egg 40 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil 35–40 eggs and peel them. Finely chop the parsley.
Step 2
Mix tomato sauce (any sweet variety), salt, sugar, and vinegar.
Step 3
Add the eggs, anchovies (a jar of anchovies in oil), parsley, olive oil, and minced garlic. Mix everything and place it in a jar.
Step 4
Let it sit for 12 hours.
