Ingredients
- Ground Okra Flour 15 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Dill 1 bunch
- Chili Pepper 1 piece
- Wine Vinegar 15 fl oz
- Salt 2 tablespoons
- Mustard seeds 1½ tablespoons
- Fennel Seeds 1 tablespoon
- Black peppercorns 8 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the okra, garlic, dill, and chili in a sterilized 2-liter glass jar; set aside.
Step 2
In a pot, combine the vinegar, salt, both types of seeds, black pepper, and 1¾ cups of water; bring to a boil, stirring until the salt dissolves.
Step 3
Pour into the jar, seal with a lid, and cool to room temperature; store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
