Pickled Mushrooms with Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Sauerkraut 10 oz
- Onion ½ head
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1½ tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the pickled mushrooms from the brine.
Step 2
Slice them into strips.
Step 3
Slightly squeeze the sauerkraut to remove excess brine.
Step 4
Combine with the mushrooms and onion, which should be peeled and sliced into strips.
Step 5
Season with black pepper to taste and dress with vegetable oil.
Step 6
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
