- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz

Dry the pickled mushrooms from the brine.

Slice them.

Boil them in their skins.

Then drain the water.
Step 6
Cool the potatoes, peel them, and slice them.

Add the pickled mushrooms.
Step 8
Add the peeled, washed, and chopped onion.
