Ingredients
- Merlot Grapes 15 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Mustard Greens 1½ teaspoons
- Green peppercorns 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the grapes well under cold water and dry them. Carefully remove the stems and cut off the 'ends' with a sharp knife. Divide the berries between 2 clean, dry jars.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour the marinade into the jars and let it cool. Once cooled, refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
