
Pickled Cucumbers with Vodka

Description
For 10 liters of brine, you will need approximately a bucket of prepared fresh cucumbers.
Ingredients
- Water 10 qt
- Salt 20 oz
- Vinegar essence 10 fl oz
- Vodka 5 fl oz
- Cucumbers 5 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the prepared cucumbers in a barrel or jar with aromatic herbs and pour hot brine over them, to which vodka and grape vinegar have been added.
Step 2
The next day, top off the cucumbers with cold brine, seal the bottom of the barrel (or tightly close the jar) and store in a cool place. Cucumbers prepared this way keep well for a long time.
