- Phyllo Dough 4 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Smoked haddock fillet 4 pieces
- New Potatoes 20 oz
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Dill ½ bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Lay out the phyllo dough and place a piece of fish fillet at the edge of each piece. Then add a spoonful of cream with dill and brush the edges of the dough with water.
Step 3
Wrap the dough into an envelope and brush the top with softened butter.
Step 4
Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Step 5
Serve with young potatoes and peas.
