- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, margarine, baking powder, water, and salt.
Step 2
Knead the shortcrust pastry and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and place it in a greased baking dish, making high edges.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, butter, cheese, ham, finely chopped onion, and bell pepper.
Step 5
Spread the filling over the dough.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 375°F for 40 minutes.
