Pepper and Tomato Medallions
Ingredients
- Scallions 0 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 15 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash, dry, and finely chop the green onion. Cut the sausage into small cubes and mix everything with the butter.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix it with the resulting filling.
Step 3
Cut the tops off the vegetables and remove the seeds. Fill tightly with the filling and refrigerate for 3–4 hours.
Step 4
Before serving, slice the stuffed vegetables into thin slices and arrange them on a plate.
