  • Shallot ½ piece
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Penne rigate 5 oz
  • Parsley 3 stems
  • Cream 5 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the penne pasta in slightly salted water.

Step 2

Finely chop the shallot, garlic, and parsley.

Step 3

Cut the salmon into large pieces.

Step 4

Sauté the chopped garlic and shallot in olive oil, then pour in the cream and let it simmer for 1 minute.

Step 5

Then add the salmon, stir, and remove from heat.

Step 6

Check if the penne is cooked al dente. Drain the water and mix the pasta with the sauce. Add grated Parmesan.

Step 7

Serve the finished pasta on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
