Penne with Potatoes and Cucumber

Description
Add more peppers for those who like it spicy. The same goes for cheese — you can never have too much cheese.
Ingredients
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Penne rigate 5 oz
- Sweet Chili Sauce 0 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
- Khmeli-suneli a pinch
- Cheese Spread to taste
- Basil Mustard Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet, pour in some oil, and sauté 1–2 finely chopped cloves of garlic.
Step 2
Add the chopped potatoes to the skillet, season with salt, and sprinkle in all the spices. Sauté until almost cooked, then add the cucumbers.
Step 3
Add the julienned cucumber to the skillet with the almost cooked potatoes, sauté, and cook everything until done. The cucumber should become soft.
Step 4
Next, add the pre-cooked penne pasta, which has been mixed with mustard sauce. Sauté and stir.
Step 5
Pour in the sweet and sour sauce. Fry in it.
Step 6
Add the finely chopped cheese at the very end, so it melts, but the rest of the dish doesn't burn.
Step 7
Finally, place the prepared dish on a plate and drizzle it with cheese sauce.
