
Penne with Adyghe Cheese

You can use olive oil, but it overwhelms the delicate flavor of the cheese.
Ingredients
- Penne rigate 5 oz
- Sweet Pepper ¼ piece
- Adyghe cheese 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves a pinch
- Grapeseed Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil, add the basil. Lightly sauté a quarter of the chopped pepper, add onion and brown it. Then add the diced Adyghe cheese and sauté until lightly golden.
Step 2
Cook the penne in salted water until al dente, add to the skillet with the other ingredients and simmer for a couple of minutes.
