  • Penne rigate 10 oz
  • Goat cheese 0 oz
  • Melted Cheese 0 oz
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
  • Emmental cheese 0 oz
  • Paprika ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the penne in salted water until al dente.

Step 2

Meanwhile, grate all the cheeses except for the Parmesan, or cut them into small pieces.

Step 3

Heat the cream over low heat (do not bring to a boil). Add the mozzarella, gorgonzola, and emmental. Heat, stirring, until the cheese melts.

Step 4

Add the penne, paprika, and salt, and mix well.

Step 5

Serve on plates and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve immediately.
