Ingredients
- Penne rigate 5 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Baking Tomatoes 15 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Shallot 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the penne in boiling salted water for 9 minutes.
Step 2
Finely dice the shallot and garlic and sauté in olive oil for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add 40 ml of dry white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
Step 4
Add the canned tomatoes and simmer for two minutes.
Step 5
Add the cooked penne, 2 thin slices of chili pepper, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Half a minute before the end of cooking, add the finely chopped parsley and basil.
Step 7
Serve the pasta in a deep plate, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and enjoy.
