Appetizers • Author's
Description
Philadelphia cheese can be substituted with other types of cream cheese. Carrots can be used either raw or cooked.
Ingredients
- Pitted olives 1 can
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the excess liquid from the can of olives.
Step 2
Cut a wedge from 1 olive and fill it with cream cheese through the resulting hole. You can use a small bag with the top cut off, similar to a pastry bag, or do this with a small spoon or even your finger.
Step 3
Slice the carrot into rounds.
Step 4
Cut a small piece from a carrot round and insert it into another olive so that the pointed end is outside.
Step 5
Now stack the olives on top of each other and on the carrot round, and pierce them from top to bottom with a toothpick.
