- Raisins 5 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Pearl Onions 25 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 cup
- Sugar 1½ tablespoons
- Coarse Salt to taste

Step 1
Soak the raisins in warm water and let them sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown for 8–10 minutes; drain the oil.
Step 3
Drain the raisins in a colander. Add the raisins, vinegar, sugar, and salt to the onions. Sauté, stirring, until the sauce thickens for 2–3 minutes.
