  • Peanut Sprouts 5 oz
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, roast the peanuts. Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

After about 5 minutes, you can remove the baking sheet from the oven and set it aside to let the nuts cool. During this time, they will continue to roast from the inside.

Step 3

Pour the peanuts into a blender, add salt and honey, and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Scrape the paste from the sides, add 2–3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and blend for another 2 minutes.
