Ingredients
- Peanut Sprouts 10 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 4 spoons
- Powdered Sugar 2 spoons

Step 1
Toast the peanuts in a skillet for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Then let the nuts cool for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the skin. This is quite a lengthy process, but not difficult—it will take about 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Add the peanuts to the blender and blend until they are almost powdered. Add the oil and salt, and mix well.
Step 4
Add the powdered sugar and continue to beat for another 2 minutes. The paste should not be too runny or too dry. If the paste is too dry, add another tablespoon of oil and blend for no more than 30 seconds. The paste should be pliable.
