Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Donut Peaches 1 piece
- Semolina 3 tablespoons
- Cookie 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Natural Yogurt 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In one bowl, mix the yogurt and eggs.
Step 2
Add sugar and semolina. You can add more sugar depending on your taste.
Step 3
Cut the peach, leaving a couple of slices for decoration.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with butter. Crumble the cookie (one piece is one package) and sprinkle it in the dish to create an even thin layer. Depending on the size of the dish, you may need less, so estimate how much you will need.
Step 5
Finally, pour the cheese mixture on top. Arrange the slices for decoration on top. Place in an oven preheated to 340°F for 30 minutes.
