Pasta with Zucchini, Parsley, and Shrimp
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Courgette 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground clove to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and peel the zucchini, then slice it into thin rounds.
Step 2
Sauté in olive oil.
Step 3
Until it reaches this state (soft and slightly browned).
Step 4
Since my shrimp were frozen, I boiled them for just 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the water and take out the shrimp — let them cool slightly.
Step 6
By this time, the zucchini should be nicely sautéed, remove from heat. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil for the pasta. I used penne pasta. Cook until al dente in salted water.
Step 7
While the pasta is cooking, peel the shrimp. Return the zucchini to the stove, add the peeled shrimp, chopped parsley, and cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the sauce, heat slightly to combine. That's it, it's ready to serve!
