Ingredients

- Lemon 1 piece
- Pasta (corkscrew) 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200–445°F. Grease two baking sheets with oil and lay out the sliced zucchini. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 25–30 minutes, occasionally turning the baking sheets.
Step 2
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 3
Add lemon zest and zucchini to the pasta and mix well.
Step 4
Serve with grated cheese.
