Ingredients
- Potatoes 20 oz
- Pasta 15 oz
- Green Beans 10 oz
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot, and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Three minutes before it's done, add the green beans.
Step 3
Meanwhile, place the ingredients for the pesto in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add the sauce. Serve topped with grated cheese.
