Pasta with Tuna and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 1 can
- Marinated cherries 4 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water (al dente pasta is slightly firm to the bite).
Step 2
In a deep skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the tuna, cherry tomatoes (cut into quarters), and garlic (finely chopped) for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Remove from heat.
Step 4
Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet.
Step 5
Mix well.
