- Scallions to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Parsley to taste
- Canned tuna in its own juice 2 cans
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a pot, boil the pasta with 1 teaspoon of salt until cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Finely chop the bell pepper and celery.
Step 3
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, herbs, and spices. Combine the pasta with tuna, bell pepper, and the sauce.
