
Pasta with Trout in Cream Sauce with Basil

Description
You can substitute basil with parsley or cilantro. The dish cooks very quickly since the trout is already ready to eat, and you just need to boil the pasta.
Ingredients
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
- Cream 22% 15 fl oz
- Pasta shells 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 bunches
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil any short pasta in slightly salted water (I used shells).
Step 2
While they are cooking, cut the fish fillet into cubes of 1–1.5 cm.
Step 3
Heat the fish for 1–2 minutes in a pan with a very small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Carefully pour the cream into the flour, mix thoroughly, and pour it into the pan.
Step 5
Simmer until the mixture reaches the desired consistency (it should be as thick as kefir).
Step 6
Rinse the pasta, add it to the pan, and mix.
Step 7
Sprinkle with basil.
